Life is an Attitude:  Attitude does make a difference.  It is not our genetic make-up, our beliefs, or our childhoods that give us a good or a bad one.  It is our belief about self, the world, events that occur, and how we regard change that paints our perspective.  It is our attitude that determines our futureIt is up to us!

The Courage to be Imperfect:  Do you feel like you have to be perfect to succeed?  Perfection doesn’t exist in our universe.  If we are striving for it, we are setting ourselves up for failure.  Change your thoughts and internal beliefs so you can strive for excellence and achieve it!

Coping and Thriving in the 21st Century:  How are you doing in today’s fast-paced, rapidly changing environment?  Is your stress level exhilarating or debilitating?  Are you taking risks and growing—or merely “surviving” the multiple demand of each day?  Find out how to make your life and work easier so you have more creative energy.
