She currently is an international professional speaker and visiting professor for Arizona State University, Masters program. She attended Wharton Business School and is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment tools.

Marsha is the author of the award winning CEO of YOU: Leading YOURSELF to Success. Her newest book will be released by John Wiley, New York titled Toxic People: Decontaminate difficult people in the workplace. In addition, she holds her MBA and is also a former Executive Vice President of Westinghouse Financial American Directory Project.
