Marcia Reynolds is a

Marcia's Most Requested Programs:
* Step into the Zone: How to Face Difficult Conversations
with Power and Finesse
How would you like to step into the zone the next time you face
a difficult conversation with a student, parent or co-worker?
Marcia will show you how to do this with grace and ease. Using
techniques from sports and performance psychology, she will help
you:
• Learn 4 step for being present in the moment
• Identify the top 3 emotional triggers that knock you off
center
• Practice speaking from your "point of strength"
• Shift your emotions to create positive results
* Outsmart your Brain: How to Use Your Emotional
Intelligence
It's customary for people to think that their success depends on
how "smart they are." However, our brains can work for us or
against us. When the latter prevails, otherwise seemingly bright
people are stalled or derailed on their journey to success.
After attending this program, you will
• Understand how your emotions affect your thoughts and actions
• Channel those internal forces to be more effective and
persuasive
• Shift your emotional states at will
• Be the master not the victim of your brain
This workshop will teach you how your brain works so that you
can help yourself and those you interact with to deal with
life’s greatest challenges.
* Change Your Mind, Change Your Life
Even though everyone agrees that “change is the only constant in
our lives,” it is still difficult for many people to respond to
“being changed” in a positive and productive manner. Instead, we
usually feel overwhelmed, confused, angry, and unsure of
ourselves.
Starting with a interactive demonstration on how the brain
naturally sabotages our thoughts when we face change, Marcia
then teaches her audience techniques they can use immediately to
increase their mental awareness and making positive choices in
their lives. They will also learn how to help others learn these
techniques as they navigate the waters of change together.
* From Problems to Possibilities: Coaching People to Take
Action
This program will give your audience an understanding of
coaching as a leadership style plus a set of tools to
successfully coach others. Marcia uses stories, demonstrations
and exercises to give participants a true taste of coaching.
Specific applications include:
• diffusing anger, stress, and frustration
• increasing satisfaction with work
• helping people who feel “stuck” to move into action
• resolving conflicts
• seeing the value in making changes
