Kathleen Randall is the co-founder of Randall Resources International — a consulting organization which has ignited visionary leadership throughout the world.

From her educational training in Organizational Communication and Music, to her years spent organizing and directing international projects, Kathleen has gained skills for life and for business success. Kathleen has worked in educational administration and has taught in Christian schools. These dual insights enable her to understand the day-to-day challenges and concerns that professionals face within the world of education.

Outside of the school halls, Kathleen has worked extensively with high school and college students in training them for leadership. She has presented at both national and international youth leadership conferences.

Kathleen is adept at developing and delivering training tailored to meet the needs of individuals and organizations. She has spoken to over 10,000 organizations in the areas of leadership, conflict management, team-building, relationships, and personal goal-setting.
