Bachelors Degree in Music Education and two Master's Degrees in
School Administration, I worked as a professional educator in
the Commonwealth of Kentucky for 27 years; (Music teacher,
Guidance Counselor, Assistant Principal, Elementary Principal,
Central Office Supervisor, Assistant Superintendent, Deputy
Superintendent, and Associate Commissioner for the Kentucky
Department of Education). I have been actively involved in the
National Speakers Association and active on the speaking circuit
