Fred is a life long educator. During his 37 year career he has lead faculty and employees and taught students from pre-school, middle and high school, university undergraduates and graduates into both the public and corporate classroom. A teacher, facilitator, internationally known keynote lecturer and author Kusch has served as a university lecturer/department head, public school teacher principal, Superintendent and school board member. In addition Fred lead the Organizational Development/Human Resource Development Department for the fifth largest medical center in the US providing educational leadership development for the organizations more than 7,000 employees in a 3 state region and internationally. Known for his ability to bring real life experience to his presentations he challenges his audiences to think, plan and take action on his outcome oriented presentations. His presentations help participants find more time for relationships, family, productive work and themselves and as a result create better life balance which leads to healthier schools, educators, students, communities and professionals.
