Most recently Diane has completed a strategic planning process with a local school district that created a five year vision, mission, core values & action plan. This plan was created by the teachers, administrators, union, school board and the community. She facilitated workshops with over 60 participants in a 10 month period to help the district focus its resources in a more productive way. She has also worked with district administrative teams, teachers, unions and school board members to create a more cohesive work environment through team building and conflict resolution. Her work with education districts includes facilitating ways to deliver mental health services more effectively to youth in that district’s area. She has delivered key note presentations on sexual harassment in the school systems, generational diversity and strategic planning.
